hii and welcome to amazing world. the tafl-approved fanlisting for wataru hibiki! wataru has many talents, such as acting, singing, magic.. and more! many people see him as 'extra', loud, and obnoxious, but i disagree! i think he is just very caring, and wants to do his best to keep the people he loves happy. i have loved him for a very, very, long time now, and i know that he'll stay in my heart for as long as i'm alive :3
